平日13時前に来店し、待ちなしで着席できました。基本メニューのこってり醤油を注文。
小さな背脂の浮くスープはかなりとろみがあり、豚と鶏の動物系の旨み(特に豚)と醤油のまろやかさを感じます。
麺は加水率低めの縮れた中細麺。多めに盛られたネギ・とろみのあるスープと相性のよい麺でした。大判のチャーシュー、煮卵もデフォルトのラーメンで半分ついてきます。
次回は湖国ブラックを試してみたいと思います。
