5月の立木さんの月参の帰りにランチをよばれて帰りました。
皿そば 渚庵さん。
最近のマイブームそばをいただきました。
場所は大津プリンスの裏手あたりの住宅地の中。
こんな場所にお店あるの知りませんでした。
そして到着時には数組の待ち客が。
人気店です。
僕がよばれたのは皿そばと鯖寿司のセット。
ひとり5皿。
皿にそばのせるのは出石の方式。
先日テレビで見てぜひ出石に行きたいと思ってたんですが一足先に大津でよばれることができました。
ねぎ わさび とろろ 生卵。
一皿目はは出汁で。
二皿目はねぎ。
三皿目はねぎとわさび。
その後はとろろと生卵を入れていただきます。
予想と違って一皿のボリューム感結構あります。
四皿目にとろろとたまご入れてひと口。
なにこれ。
初めて食べる味。
で、めちゃおいしいんですこれが。
鯖寿司も3切れ。
ちょうどよい量。
味も最高。
こんないい店が滋賀にあるとはしりませんでした。
