大津へ1泊旅行に来ました。
晩御飯はせっかくなので、近江牛をいただくことに。
ステーキは地元でいただけるので、今回はすき焼きにしました。
お野菜は既にセッティング済。
牛肉しぐれ煮の突き出しの後に霜降りまくりのロース肉ちゃん登場。
こ、これはかなりすごい。
味付けはご自身で、と言われ
砂糖があったので、醤油と日本酒かと思ったら
割り下とお湯だと。えっ？割り下甘かったらどうすんの？
と思いましたが、まあ割り下がそのまま使えたので
砂糖は使わず、煮詰まったらお湯を使いました。
やっぱりええお肉は美味しいですわ。
ただ、女2人と男1人でしたが、野菜がなかなか沢山あって
最後はもう食べられなかった(苦しみながら食べましたが)
感じです。
ご飯のおかわりは考えるか150gでも良かったかな。
サービスは割と良かったですが、お願いからサービスまで
少しタイムラグがあるのが気になりました。
あと、店の前の道が一方通行で、駐車場がとても困りました。
駐車場の案内もUPしておきます。
よくわからない方は、最初からみずほ銀行の隣のタイムズに停める方が分かりやすいと思います。
