大津に宿泊した際に訪問。(初めての訪問)
日曜日夜の夕食刻と言う事もあり事前に予約して利用したが、予約時に「すき焼き」か「ステーキ」で迷った末、近江牛を味わうにはやはりステーキかなと思い180gのステーキコース(¥1万円)を予約。
此処のステーキは焼肉屋の様に自分で焼く石焼スタイルで、焼き具合は自由。配膳されたA5ランクの近江牛は綺麗に刺しの入ったお肉で、柔らかく、その旨さを十分堪能。ただ和牛の為かだんだんと箸が進まなくなり150gでも良かったか？
