The meal at Kadoman, located on the shores of Lake Biwa, was exceptionally delicious. First of all, the taste of Sukiyaki warishita is exquisite. It has depth and richness, and it feels like it just melts on your tongue. The high quality of the meat simmered in Warishita brings a blissful taste that is irresistible to meat lovers. The flavor of the meat melts into the warishita, further deepening the flavor. The deliciousness of the vegetables was also outstanding. The freshness and natural sweetness and texture of each vegetable bring out the deliciousness of Sukiyaki. Although it is a luxury store, one of its appeals is that the prices are reasonable. You will be surprised at the cost performance. The lineup of alcoholic beverages that complemented the meal was also wonderful, and each time I took a sip, the taste of the food became even richer. The only thing that bothered me was the smallness of the toilet. It doesn't interfere with the aftertaste, but it would have been perfect if it were a little wider. All in all, dining at Kadoman was an unforgettable experience where every taste shined. With the beautiful scenery of Lake Biwa, it is a place I would like to visit again.
