豪華なディナーに行ってきました
ご存知とは思いますがオーベルジュとは、食事を主体に宿泊施設を兼ね備えた お店の事です
メソンはログハウスでペットと泊まれるので、今回利用しました
18時30分からの食事会は豪華な食卓になりました

ワインは私好みのスッキリして旨かった
ANGIOLINO MAULEは梨とメロンと葡萄の薫りがするフルーティなワインです
濃いめの色は葡萄のが熟成されてから収穫したものでしょう、イタリアワインかな？
醸造元自家製の瓶詰め特有のノンフイルターのため、澱がありますから、混ぜて濁らして飲むのが正統です。磨きあげたワイングラスに注いで、かおりを楽しみましょう

コックさんとオーナーが同一人物だと思ってましたので ちょっと勘違いしてましたすみません
宿泊する部屋にはコーヒーメーカーが置いてあって、挽いたコーヒー、紅茶が置いてあって好きな時間に好きなだけ飲めました
