個人的に大好きな地鶏である淡海地鶏を生産する「かしわの川中」さんが敷地内で営む淡海地鶏専門の料理店です。

大津に泊まっていたのでそこから電車とタクシーを乗り継いではるばるたどり着いた穏座さん。
カウンターは予約取れなかったため、テーブルでアラカルトにしました。
色々な意味で、概念がひっくり返るわ、...
器も惜しみなくいいものでおもてなしされてます。
大将のお人柄に惹かれます。
今回は初めてお鍋にしました。
