かしわの川中が運営する、こちらのお店にやってきました。初訪問です。
私の好きな焼き鳥や、練馬にある鳥長でもつかってる淡海地鶏そちらを生産している方のレストランです。まず京都まできて在来線で片田まで、えっちらおっちら、なんとも言えない旅気分を味わいながらやってきました。飼育してる場所は衛生上の観点から見学できませんでしたが、小売してるお店で淡海地鶏をおみやで買わせていただいてから、レストランの方へ、もう完全に親方の趣味のおみせですよね。親方の好きなスピーカー、マッキントッシュのアンプとこだわりが随所に。
テーブルの席に通されて、テーブル席は鍋です。
さっそく、お料理が始まり、メインが松茸の鳥しゃぶ。
松茸は自分の手で細く裂くスタイル。その松茸の、鶏肉をさっと火をとおし、くるっと巻いて
一口でアム『旨』コレは最高ですね。
しかし、カウンターの方は親方が淡海地鶏を焼いて出すスタイル、席でメニューが違うよう、
親方のカウンターあ〜〜あっちも旨そう！
