堅田の駅から車で5分〜10分くらいの立地。今回は徒歩で歩きましたが15分ほど。田んぼや畑の間を抜けるとお店は現れます。鳥を販売するお店と併設して建っています。
中に入るとカウンターは6席のみ。その他はテーブル席が二つ。個室が一部屋。カウンターでは雰囲気のある人間味を感じる大将が仕事をされています。18時半に同時に始まる様なので時間厳守です。乾杯の前にまずはカウンターのお客全員で揃って大将の口上を聞いて挨拶をして始まります。この儀式なかなか良いです。

ヤバい。味がヤバい。こだわりがヤバい量もヤバい。大将の人間力もヤバい。何よりも量がヤバい。こんなに沢山の量を食べたのは初めてかも。美味しいものや珍しいものがエンドレスに出てくるので食べずにはいられない。食べないと申し訳ないというか失礼にあたるくらいの希少性の高い料理のオンパレードである。鮮度の最高の地鶏。そりゃそーだ。奥で鳥を捌いている気配を感じる。生産農家で食べているので当たり前ですが。これはヤバい。淡海地鶏バンザイ！！
次回来る時は1日ほど何も食べないでコンディションを高めてこないといけない。
