石山駅から徒歩約５分。テーブル席２卓とカウンター１０席程度のちょうどいい大きさのお店です。
妻と来るときは必ずカウンター席でご主人との会話を楽しみながら、のんびり焼鳥を堪能します。
全ての部位が丁寧な前処理をしてあり、備長炭で丁寧に焼いてくれるので本当に美味しいです。
塩、たれ、カレー味のリクエストができますが、はじめはご主人にお任せするのがいいでしょう。
私が特に好きなのは、「皮」塩、「つくね」カレー味、「レバー」浅焼き塩です。
「皮」は前処理が絶妙で、上手に油が落ちてぱりっとしながら、ぱさぱさにならない絶妙の食感です。
「吉兆」のボトルをキープして、のんびり楽しんでいます。
お腹の空き具合によって、鳥スープや鶏雑炊もお薦めです。
お土産の「もも焼き」にんにくは家族に喜ばれています。
これほど、ＣＰの高い焼鳥屋さんは、めったにありません。
