目立たない蕎麦屋と思っていたのだが、平日の昼時に入ってみると、ほぼ満席だ。
ホールの人が忙しく動き回っている。
大将がどんどん品を出しながら、何番テーブルあがり、これは何番テーブル、とテキパキと指示を出している。
QRコードで注文すると3%割引というサービスも導入していて、新しいものも取り込んでいるようだ。
活気のあるお店なんだな。
注文したのは、大根と茗荷の蕎麦に、鯖寿司のセット。
つゆは、適度な甘みと、魚の香りがしっかりしていて、好みの味だ。
鯖寿司には、青紫蘇と塩昆布が挟んであり、煮切りのようなタレが塗ってある、しっかり目の味の一品。
この鯖寿司は一度家族に買って帰ろうと思った。
また別の品を食べに来ようと思う。
