大津三井寺の近くの等正寺内にあるお菓子屋さん、佐知'sポケットさんに伺いました！流石、キャラメルシフォンケーキは柔らかで絶品！美味しいです。
山科から徒歩にて小関峠をこえて1時間強。
大津三井寺近くの住宅街、等正寺内にあるお菓子屋佐知'pocketさんに立ち寄りました。
お店の方に丁寧に商品のことを説明いただきました。
ここのシフォンケーキは有名で、お土産に持ち帰りました。
キャラメルシフォンケーキ 834円
ついでに、甘いものと
抹茶クリームの豆乳スコーンも
(250円くらい、メモるの忘れました)
店の前のベンチで抹茶スコーンをかじりながら
ウォーキングの疲れを癒しました。
生地とクリームの香りがダブルできます。
家に持ち帰り、早速キャラメルシフォンケーキをいただきました。
