駐車場から進むと階段があり上がりかけましたがレストランにしか入れないみたい。
更に進むと下り階段あり人気のないうどん屋と物産屋さん、そして更に進むと登り階段あり売店とフードコートと、とにかくバラバラにあります。
結局奥の登り階段が正解だとおもいます
