滋賀の旨みを堪能させて頂きました。
事前に休日の11:30に予約して伺いました。少し早く着きましたが、快く入店させて頂きました。厳選季節野菜と滋賀産イノシシと追加滋賀産鹿のコースを頂きました。どれも滋賀県産にこだわり店主の愛情を感じます。新鮮で滋味深い炭火焼きの料理は味わいが濃くて日本酒との相性も最高でした。

I made a reservation in advance for a holiday lunch and visited. The store is located near Seta Karahashi. We ordered the carefully selected seasonal vegetable course (¥2,750) with Shiga prefecture wild boar, Shiga prefecture deer, and Akami chicken as main dishes. All of the meat was delicious and perfectly grilled, juicy and fresh. It also goes well with Japanese sake (local sake).
