琵琶湖ホールの近くで1時間ほど空き時間ができたので初めて利用。
テラス席と琵琶湖、公園が見える大きな窓で、室内の席でも気持ちが良い。
たぶんレビュー点数の多くは、この景色と雰囲気によるものだろうなあと感じる。
ケーキと紅茶を注文して、本を読んでくつろいだ。
ちなみにケーキはバスクチーズケーキともう一点が自家製で、あとは仕入れたものらしい。どこのケーキだろうと見てみると、そのうち一つは、kihinというマークが乗っていた。
紅茶はロンネフェルトのポットサービスがあるが、セットメニューには対応しておらず、普通のホットティーを注文。午後の紅茶系の香りで、わりと渋め。
美味しい紅茶の方もセットメニュー対応してくれたら嬉しいなあ。
ランチタイムには、焼いたミンチ肉のような良い香りが漂っていた。ハンバーガーはメニューになさそうなので、ハンバーグだろうか。今度は食事をしてみたい。
