旧 大津公会堂の一階にあるイタリアンレストラン。
滋賀県では美味しいと評判のお店。
おツレとクリスマス気分で、いつもと違う雰囲気のレストランを予約しました。
Aのコース6600円をチョイス。
スプーマ
①本日の海の幸添え くもこ
②北海道産生うに添え ＋990円
2人とも②で注文。
クリームとコンソメゼリーとウニが合わさり、
なんとも言えない美味しさ。
出だしから期待できる。
パン
ライ麦パンがおいしい。オリーブオイルに付けて
冷たい前菜
フルーツに野菜に生ハム、モッツァレラチーズ
など普通に美味しい。
温かい前菜
ポルチーニのスープ。トリュフオイルがかかってお
り、凄く美味しくスープ。感動しました。
冷製カッペリーニ
トマトの冷製パスタ。そうめんみたいなパスタ
スッとして美味しい。
手打ちのキタッラ
魚介の風味が凄くするが、ボクには生臭く感じて
少し苦手かも。
メイン ニュージーランド産 子羊 ＋1320円
柔らかいラム肉。マスタードを乗せて美味しかっ
た。
ちなみに、おツレのメインは、本日の鮮魚 スズキ
本日のグラニータ
シャーベットでスッキリしました。
本日のドルチェ ジェラート添え
フルーツやアイス、チョコフレークのデザートだ
が、底にはリゾットが。ちょっとびっくりしたが、
甘いリゾットで案外合うのね。
コーヒーを頂いて、大満足の食事でした。
おツレも喜んでました。
さすがラーゴ。
