休日の朝10時50分に到着。
ほどなく開店。
2人目で入店。
カウンター5席。
4テーブル1つ、2人テーブル3つ。
券売機で食券購入。
◎とんこつチャーシュー玉子入り並1300円
にしました。
スープは濃厚、粘稠とろとろ、茶濁。
チャーシューは8枚。脂身しっかり。
スープに負けない旨み、
麺は中太、わずかにちぢれ。
濃厚スープをまとう。
味玉は1個を半割。
黄身の赤〜オレンジ色が美しく、いい感じ。
メンマは細切り、こちらもスープに負けない味。
のり、ねぎの薬味。
濃厚とんこつスープ。
それに合う具材。
大変おいしかったです。
