I went on the weekend. The store is located right next to JR Otsu Station. When you enter the entrance, take off your shoes. Just go to Cocker. I was guided to a seat by a staff member and went to a private room. The room is entirely private. About 80% of the customers are inside and it's busy. First, I started drinking draft beer while looking at the food menu for the first time. Then, the side dishes sticking out looked like they were from Japanese-style meal. Now you can drink alcohol. The menu is extensive, with some unusual items. Overall, the staff has very good customer service. The food is ordinary, nothing special.
