文字から、美味しさも
ひしひしと伝わってくる気がします。
大津での晩ごはんは
日本料理酒場「直」さんへ。
数日前に電話予約をして伺いました。
カウンターとテーブル席が２つ
こじんまりとしたお店は、入店すると
ちょうど満席になりました。
並みでいいじゃん。と、友だちが言うので
渋々頼んだ〝お造り盛り〟の並
タイ、たこ、本鮪、イサキ、イカ、ウニ、
ビワマス、カツオと、盛りだくさんです(笑)
皮目を炙った「ビワマス」
初めていただいたんですが
全く臭みがないんですね。程よい脂と甘みが
あってとても美味しかったです。
食べてみたいと言ったら、友だちが
う〜ん、ってちょっと渋い顔をした
〝近江しゃもの塩焼き〟
歯応えがあって
噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れます。
友だちは、硬い〜と言って、
〝たくあんだしたま〟を頼んでいました(笑)
直さんは、地酒の種類が豊富なようで
自分好みのお酒を探すのも楽しそうです。
