浜大津に宿泊して、呑みに来ました。
☑️付き出し
豪華な付き出しが来ましたよ。
メヒカリの焼いたのは、アッツアツで、骨までとろける柔らかさ！
☑️くじら赤肉
にんにく醤油漬けのスライスと、かいわれ、ネギと生姜、どちらでもいけるようになっている。
☑️豆富サラダ
木綿豆腐のサラダ。
☑️ねぎぬた
ネギとイカ、こんにゃく、油揚げのたっぷり入ったぬた。
☑️かしわの川中さんのコーチン塩焼き
滋賀では有名な川中さんの淡海地鶏。
歯応えのある肉だが美味い。
ムネ、モモ、どちらも皮付きで、皮目がパリッとしていて美味い。ムネはさっぱりしているが、しっとりしていて、モモはジューシー。
☑️若竹煮
若竹煮とは、若い筍を使っているからと思ってたが、ある料理人から、ワカメとタケノコの事やで！と言われ、そうなのかと思ったのを思い出した。
出汁が美味しい。
☑️ハイボール
角ハイボール。
グラスが細いので、量は少ない。
☑️近江の酒
浅芽生。
大津の地酒。
甘ったるい甘さ。
☑️近江な酒
萩の露。
高島市の地酒。
こちらも甘口だったが、フルーティでスッキリした甘さ。
