オペレーションが回り出せば良くなりそう
２０１５年９月、バーのほうを利用しました。
ワインのリストを見ると、ケンゾーエステートなども置いてあり、なかなか良さげ。
といっても、今回は3000円で飲み放題のプランにしたので、ワインは飲んでいません。
このプラン、メニューには載ってなかったのだけど、飲み放題は無いかとたずねてみると、教えてくれました。
混ぜるだけの簡単なカクテルと、ソフトドリンクなどが飲めるということでモスミュールやジントニックなどを注文。
しっかり濃いめに作ってありました。
モヒートは作ってくれなかったので、なにか添えるようなカクテルはこのプランでは注文できなさそうですが、
ロングカクテルばかり飲む人には、良いプランかもしれません。
ちなみに、照明落としてあってなかなか落ち着いてはいますが、
ロビーとは肩の高さくらいの壁で仕切ってあるだけなので、外が騒がしいと落ち着か無いかもしれません。
さらに補足すると、去年までやっていたバーは、今は貸切専用のスペースになっており、ふらっと利用することはできません。

オープン一週間後に利用。
まだオペレーションがうまくいってないらしく、
水が出てこない、周りを見る余裕のあるスタッフがいない、セットのデザートが出るまで２０分待ち、、、という感じ。
内装は良い感じで、地元の食器（唐橋焼）や食材を使っており、前菜とパスタの味はなかなか美味しかったので、
（とはいえ、パスタに比べてピッツァがあまりに薄味でした）
これから良くなりそうな気はします。
ところで、今までのメインバーがなくなってしまい、バーはレストラン横の小さなスペースになってしまったようです。残念。

ケーキ類を何度か購入して、どれも美味しかったので、
今回はお土産に焼き菓子類を購入
それから自分用にシフォンケーキを購入しました。
正直、シフォンケーキは妻が作ったものと大差ないかなあという感じも。
クリームなどを使った生ケーキの方が美味しいと思います。
クッキー類は、ホロホロで美味しかったです。
また今後もケーキを買いにより寄るつもりです。
