石山の花火大会の夜。
こちらの花火大会は打ち上げ数は少ないものの、瀬田川に多くの船が行き交い、
盆踊りに露店が並び、神輿も出るなど、
古き良き日本の夏祭りの風情を残し、情緒があって地元では人気の花火大会なのです。
石山駅周辺には飲食店がひしめきますが、その中で石山グリルさんの賑やかな店頭の雰囲気に惹かれ、入店してみました。
ダイニングバーといった、カジュアルな酒場といった店内。
奥に長い構造のお店ですが、開放的なテラス席でいただくことにしました。
取りあえずは生ビールで乾杯からスタート。
メニューを見ると、かなり豊富。
そそるメニューが多くて、どれを注文しようか迷ってしまうほど。
従業員の方も元気で気持ちの良い接客ですね。

などなど・・ 注文しました。
基本、お酒が進むようなメニューの構成、
お酒のアテにぴったりの味わいのものが多いですね。ちょっとした１品が美味しい。
アンチョビキャベツに海老のから揚げ、ビールが進んでしまいます。
牛スジの赤ワイン煮込みもトロトロの柔らかさ。
しっかりと料理として仕上げられている印象です。
メインにエイジングビーフの盛り合わせ、これも、今の流行りのプレートですが、肉に熟成した旨みを感じ、塩加減も良好、〆に満足度の高いものでした。
最終はグラスワインにてほろ酔い気分。
1品１品満足度高く、ポテンシャルの高さを感じさせる内容でした。
近くにあれば常連になってしまいそうです。
