I made a reservation through Tabelog for 5:30 on Sunday. It was a plantain and it was early, so I didn't need to make a reservation. I ordered a full glass of wine. It was really full and full. The smoked edamame that came with it was delicious. It had a bit of garlic. I ordered pickles and a raisin butter sandwich. Both were just as delicious. They said it was aged meat, so I ordered a platter. It was my first time eating it. It was a platter of lean meat and fatty shoulder parts. Aged meat doesn't seem to be cooked very much, so it was quite red, but I didn't feel sick. It seems to be cooked at a low temperature for about 30 to 40 minutes. I personally thought the lean meat was more delicious. The shoulder part had more fat. Finally, I ordered green beans and soft-boiled eggs stir-fried with garlic. I cooked the eggs a little on a hot iron plate and they became easier to eat. I think meat is good sometimes.
