I got to take takeaway the hand-kneaded Hamburg dog from Shokuetsuya Kaname, who participated in the Breakfast Market at Takebe Taisha Shrine, held near the Seta Karahashi Bridge! The freshly baked Hamburg was sandwiched right in front of me and looked delicious, but the price was very reasonable at 300 yen for one, or 500 yen for two! Both the bread and Hamburg were soft and delicious. I hope they make it a regular menu item at the restaurant!
