ハラミ丼に単品でホルモンをつけて焼きました。
丼のハラミがあっさりしていたので、ホルモンとの組み合わせは正解でした。
肉の油っこさをさらっとしたつけダレが洗い流してくれます。
店の内装もオシャレで良かったと思います。
