くいだおれレポートです。
本日のランチタイムはJR大津駅界隈。
駅に何軒かある飲食店でいまいち決めかねたので、少しだけ足を伸ばして『らーめんみふく』さんを訪ねました。
開店は11:30。
当店イチオシは「醤油そば」とありましたが、興味を惹いた「二郎系まぜそばみふジロー」1130円也をチョイス。
券売機でニンニク無しを選べましたので、本日は仕事中につきニンニク抜きのさっぱりみふジローで。
提供までに少し時間を要します。
そして着丼。
これは凄い！
時間もかかるはず。
もっちり太麺にジロートッピング。
そして、脂身たっぷりの極太やわらかチャーシューが２枚！
天地返しもほどほどに麺を戴きます。
メニューに記載通りのもちもち太麺です。
並盛でしたが、全部戴くのにラーメンの2倍の時間を費やしました。
途中少しだけ卓上の昆布酢をかけてマイルドにしたスープは最後まで完食。
今日も健康な身体に感謝です。
