「醤油そば」（950円）をいただいた。
汁のダシは、丸鶏と魚介とのこと。透明に近いうっすらとした濁りの汁。醤油色は濃い。塩気控えめ。
麺は、中細ストレート。透明感のない麺。硬め。シコシコした噛み心地がいいが、鈍重な粉っぽさも無くはない。
チャーシューの味付けが控えめなのもよかった。珍しく汁の味を野暮ったく乱したりしない点が好ましく感じられた。
採用されている海苔の選択がいまひとつだったかもしれない。汁と一緒になったときに香りが生臭い方向へ寄る印象があった。予算の関係で選択が簡単ではないのかもしれないが。
メンマは柔らかいタイプ。
店頭にも店内にも注意書きが多い。過去によほど酷い客に悩まされたことがあったのかもしれないと斟酌するが、そうだとしても大多数の常識のある客にとっては目障りで、あまり気持ちよく食事ができないのではないかと思う。
