ツヤツヤの酢豚
お昼に酢豚を注文しました（白ごはんは別料金です）。
黒酢なのでしょうか、真っ黒でツヤツヤしたソースに包まれた赤味肉。
火の通りがちょうどよく、ピンクに染まったお肉は柔らかくて適度な歯応えもあり、とても美味しい。
町の中華屋というかんじてはなくて、ホテルの中華という感じの高級感のある見た目と技。
今回も満足感のあるランチでした。
ランチも丁寧な料理
ランチで3回ほど利用しました。
麻婆豆腐は熱々の土鍋に入っており、
サンラータン麺はとろみがついていて、パクチーたっぷり。
どれも美味しかったです。
夜にゆっくりと食事をとるときにも利用したいなあ、と思わせるお店でした。

汁なし担々麺というと、今まで食べた店では手抜きのものが多かった。
ここのお店は、ナッツ、肉、香草、花椒が贅沢に使われており、満足のお味でした。
麺は太麺細麺からオススメの太麺をチョイスして、この麺がまた食べ応えがあって良い感じ。
次は何を食べようかな…と楽しみです。
