This shop has a wide variety of eel, Lake Biwa fish, live fish, Omi beef, Omi vegetables, sake, and wine! We only use domestically produced eels, and lake fish are sourced from reliable fishermen! We only use female Omi beef from Kamei Farm, and we also offer about 20 types of Japanese sake, mainly local sake, and natural wines! |
カウンター席だと調理の様子を眺めながら飲めます。揚げ出し豆腐、天ぷら、近江牛の握り寿司など、どれもなかなかのものでした。滋賀県産の日本酒がラインナップされていますが中でも「成峰 薄桜 活性にごり 生原酒」はおすすめです。
