This shop has a wide variety of eel, Lake Biwa fish, live fish, Omi beef, Omi vegetables, sake, and wine! We only use domestically produced eels, and lake fish are sourced from reliable fishermen! We only use female Omi beef from Kamei Farm, and we also offer about 20 types of Japanese sake, mainly local sake, and natural wines! |

The owner is young, but he does a thorough job and the seasoning is great! The blowfish milt and eel are the best, but the sashimi is also fresh.
