大津にあるうどん屋さん。
草津川上流にあるオランダ堰堤の近くにある。
はっきり言って僻地だ。
そんな場所にうどん屋さんがある。
自分の家の横に店舗を立てたという感じだ。
店内はカウンター6席テーブル5卓。
作りは新しいが、しっかりした木組みで建てられている。
メニューを見る。
うどんは冷と温でおおよそ15種類くらい。
天ぷらなどのトッピングもある。
今回は温かいうどんと冷たいうどんを双方食べてみるため
かけうどんと肉ぶっかけとした。
〇肉ぶっかけ（1000円）
かなり太い麺。
締めがやや甘く温めだ。
うどんの表面はややドロっとしている。
見た目ほどがコシはなく、もっちりした食感。
塩味はちょうどいい。
肉は豚肉でさっと湯通ししたもので肉の旨味がある。
ネギと大根おろし、生姜、レモンが薬味。
〇かけ（650円）
鰹ベースの優しい出汁。
ホッとする味わいだ。
麺は冷に比べると温かい出汁でさらにドロッとした食感。
もう少しコシがあって欲しいかな。
麺が極太でトロモチ食感。
これが好きか嫌いかでこのお店の評価は分かれる。
あと値段が少し高いかなあ。
個人的にはもう少しコシのある麺が好きかな。
