It's been a while since I last had lunch at my favorite plum blossom. If you park your car at the Kusatsu Estopia Hotel parking lot, you can get 2 hours free at the reception, so we had a leisurely lunch. Unfortunately, it was raining that day, so the view from the 24th floor was gray overall, but it was wonderful. I received a plum lunch for 2,200 yen.I was already happy from the first bowl of chawanmushi. The texture is perfect, and the bonito and kelp soup stock is delicious. The Mineoka tofu was creamy and seemed to be made with fresh cream, milk, and arrowroot powder. If you like fresh cream, I think it's delicious. The salad had a lot of crispy fried yuba on top, and it went well with the dressing. This salad alone is so delicious that I want to eat it in a bowl. Simmered dish lotus root manju also has a thick soup stock that contains plenty of yuba! After that, two types of raw fu dengaku and my favorite dish, fried tofu bean curd, came. Squeeze the lemon. The fluffy texture of the bean curd and the inside was like minced fish. A gentle taste, like a dashimaki egg. The rice on this day was scallop rice. I was told that I could have eel rice for an additional 400 yen, but since I prefer scallops, I thoroughly enjoyed the scallop rice. It was really delicious, right down to Ice cream for dessert at the end, and I went home thinking that I had made a great decision in coming here for lunch. I am grateful for the customer service staff's thoughtful consideration, such as adding tea for me, and it is a restaurant that I want to come back to every time. Thank you for the meal.
