１０年以上前に何回か訪れたことはありましたが、超久しぶりに訪れました。味とかはもう覚えていませんが、好印象はずっともっていましたが、駐車場がちょっとしかなく、その辺りが足を遠ざけていました。
さて今回、ちょい早かったので席に着けましたが、あっという間に満席になりました。人気があります。そりゃ長い間もってる店ですので、当然といえば当然ですね。
多くの料理で小皿が選べるのもありがたいサービスです。それを活用して写真の料理をオーダーしましたが、結果、どれもこれも大満足でした。
私にはあまり中華の香辛料を評す知識や言葉を持っていないのが残念ですが、例えばエビチリにも爽やかな香辛料の香りが効いていて、大味がデフォと思っていたエビチリ料理に、これまで経験したことのない感動を覚えました。台湾炒飯も同じくスパイスの効きが良いです！
ニラレバには特段の変化球はかったですが、固くないレバとシャキシャキに仕上がったモヤシに腕の確かさを感じます。美味かった〜
長い間、地元に愛されてきた店には、確かなものがありました。
