今日の蕎麦粉は福井産の新そば
しっかりコシがあり美味
本当に美味しいお蕎麦やさん。天ざるをお手も美味しく頂きました。お値段¥1,800なり。高めがネック。
週末のランチタイムに行ったら、全席埋まってた。天そば、というのを頼んだら、かけ蕎麦に、天ぷらが別盛りで供された。関西のためか、お汁の味が薄めに感じた。東京で食べるお蕎麦の方が好きかな。
