【蕎麦屋100軒食べ歩き No.120】
滋賀に来て2年半。コロナもあって思い通りには食べ歩けていないが、食生活には大きな不満は持っていない。ただ、滋賀食生活の数少ない不満な点の一つが「蕎麦屋が極端に少ない」。まだ、発見出来て無いだけかも知れないが。でも、安い蕎麦からミドルレンジ高い蕎麦まで、頻度高く食べてた蕎麦が少ないのは苦しい。そんな中で自宅近くの数少ない有難いお蕎麦屋さんが当店。
この日は田舎蕎麦にしてみた。喉越しというよりは蕎麦の風味を感じるドッシリ系蕎麦。二八は喉越し良くサクッと食べられてしまう。どちもgood! 蕎麦湯はちょいトロ系。鴨焼きはつまみに抜群。タレが色濃いが関東人の自分には全く問題無し。
夜含めて通いたいが、昼だけの営業なのが、ちょっと残念。でも気に入っている。
