コロナ禍も3年目。
毎年主催するイベントがあるのですが、過去2年間は中止してました。
３年ぶりに滋賀に仲間が集うイベント、ビートパラダイス滋賀の開催です。
びわ湖博物館さんの了解を得て、同駐車場に50台以上のホンダビートが集合。
イベント終了後、琵琶湖博物館へお伺いさせていただきました。
施設内は琵琶湖のお魚や世界の湖の魚が泳ぐ水族館を始め非常に多くの資料が展示されてて見応え抜群。
お腹も空いたのでレストランにほのうみさんで食事する事にしました。
びわ湖カレー(1,120円)
たっぷりサラダとカレールー、最大の特徴はびわ湖の形に型取られた白ごはん。
味に深みのあるルーは、後味にほのかな甘味が感じられます。
こちらは県立湖南農業高校の生徒さんとのコラボで、カレールーに生徒さんが作ったマーマレードが入ってるそうです。
大海老の天とじ丼(1,350円)
びっくりする大きさのどんぶりに盛られた天ぷら丼。
少し分けていただくと、ぷりっぷりの海老とお出汁の風味の卵とじがほっこり優しい味わいで素敵です。
窓からの景色は木々の先に見えるびわ湖が美しく、ゆっくり眺めながら食事を楽しめます。
因みに施設を利用すると、駐車場無料券がいただけます。
