（プロローグ）
全国旅行割が始まったから家内と話し合い１泊２日で滋賀に観光で訪れた。
2日目に立ち寄った琵琶湖博物館内のレストラン。
（食事）
鮒ずし（600円)
白飯に漬け込んだ二ゴロブナの薄切り6切れ・・・いわゆる昔の熟れ寿司。
かけそば（680円)
普通の温かいかけ蕎麦1杯
（感想）
鮒すしは近江八珍の一つニゴロブナで作った慣れ寿司
極寒期に捕れた二ゴロブナを塩と白飯に数年漬け込み発酵させた慣れ寿司。
子持ちの鮒の身は潮で締められねっとりとした歯触りで酸っぱく、将に「日本のチーズ」という例えの通の味やった。
わっち（私)は酸っぱく粒感が無くなった御飯と共に戴いたんやが、酸っぱい中にも仄かに甘みを感じ、熟れ寿司の旨みが複雑な味を醸し出したのを発見できて嬉しかったわ。
(評価)
味は美味しく3.5点、量は妥当の3.0点、CPはやや高の2.5点、総合はトータル3.0点やな。
エピローグ
鮒すしは癖が強すぎ好き嫌いが分かれるが、わっち的には美味く食べられたわ。
