■寿司処簓＠滋賀：草津市南草津 会席コース
某会合で初めてこちらへやって来ますた。前菜は、可愛らしくてお上品なお味の料理ですね。酢の物は、酢味噌和えでオクラ・エビ・キュウリなどでさっぱりと。お刺身は、涼しげなお皿に盛られて、旬の鱧が梅肉添えで美味しかった。赤々としたマグロが今井亭どいたわ(^-^;。かますの煮付けは、味付けは薄めで素材の味わいを楽しめる。メイン？は、オマールエビの半身。身はプリップリで美味しいし、味噌もイケるし、ハサミも美味しいのね〜、知らんかったｗ。また、旬の子鮎が柔らかくてエエっすね。鱧の天ぷらは、お塩であっさりとね。お寿司も美味かったけど、いくらが特に美味しかった(^-^)。なめこの赤出汁もエエよ。最後のデザートは、マンゴーアイスとさくらんぼ。
