草津の寿司 割烹のお店。
カウンターと個室が4つくらいと、2階に大広間があります。
カウンターは雰囲気が良く、すっきりしているので高級感のあるお店。
料理は季節により変わるおすすめメニューは値段が書いてないが、まぁ妥当な値段。
寿司は料金が書かれており、こちらも妥当な価格だと思います。
どれも美味しくいただけました。
記念日とかに行くと喜ばれると思います。

ここに来たら、やっぱりカウンター席がいいですね。
美しい店内は、そこに居るだけで癒されます。
ご時世で、宴会が減ったとのことで、11月から2階の大広間をスナックに変更されています。
付き出し バイ貝の旨煮
よく出てくる、クルッと楊枝で食べるやつです。
3つ入っていました。
ホタテバター
目の前のネタケースに、プリッとした帆立があった
ので、思わず注文。生より火を通したものが2人と
も好みなので、バター焼きで一致。美味しかった！
きんきの煮付け
甘辛くええ味で、柔らかく美味しい。
目の周りのゼラチン質は、おツレがコラーゲン摂取
の為、キレイに食べてましたよ笑
さわら西京焼
ここに来たら、だいたいコレをたのみます。
さわらはパサパサする事が多いが、こちらのは
しっとりして美味しい。
付け合わせのクルミがまた美味しい。
数の子付出し
アテに注文。鮒寿司と迷いましたが、鮒寿司は食べ
られる味と、そうでないものがあるので、数の子
に。
たまたま友達も来ていたので、2階のスナック「きり」に行ってきました。
