●こちらのお店は定番コースが吉かも
●雰囲気は良いがホールスタッフの接客レベルはホテル品質ではない

世界料理オリンピック金メダル受賞の「角垣監修」さんが監修するダイニング「オールデイダイニング リバティー」さんへ。
以前から聞いてはいましたが、ホテル内レストランということで中々足が向かなかったのですが、丁度近くで用事があった為、直前予約で伺いました。
さてボストンホテルの一階にあるダイニングは店内に入ると結構お客さんがたくさんいらっしゃいます。
ソーシャルディスタンスを意識してか席の間隔は広め。
入店後10分ほどで満席になりました。
客層は地元の方だろうか年齢層高めの印象。
その結構年配の方達がメニューにある「肉づくし」を食べてらっしゃるのを拝見し、つられて同じメニューを^^;
お料理の内容は
・サラダ
・フレンチフライ
・特製お肉を味わう肉づくし盛り合わせ（ローストビーフ・牛ロースステーキ・牛タングリル・タンドリーポーク・自家製ハンバーグ・ソーセージ・ローストチキン）
・秋茄子と豚トロのアマトリチャーナ風パスタ
これでもかってほどの量で冷凍物混合で満足度は低かった。
こちらの店の本量はフレンチコースなのかな。
少し期待値を上げすぎてしまったようです。
