京都出張のランチは、15時過ぎでも空いていた
南草津のラーメンガッツンっへ行ってきました。
インパクト抜群のネーミングです。
券売機から、コッテリ並と味玉を購入。
こってり並ラーメン小さめの丼で配膳。
スープを一口…
超濃厚スープの豚骨魚介だし。
レンジでチンしたのか、混ぜると激熱スープに変身。
麺は、加水率高めのゆるやかウェーブ麺。
こってりスープとの絡みが強く…
喉がめっちゃ乾きます。
大判の豚バラチャーシューが２枚でメンマは太め。
味玉は、シンプルに美味しかったです。
