ＪＲ草津駅から徒歩１８分くらいのところにある当店。駐車場あり。いかにも昔からある町の定食屋さんという外観。内観も昭和な感じ。カウンター席、テーブル席、座敷席がある。カウンター席についた。店は息子さんとお母さんが２人でやっておられるよう。接客係のお母さんは愛想が良い。カウンターに見本の置いてあったランチ９５０円税込をお願いすることに。トンテキ、唐揚げ２コ、アジフライ、ナポリタン、サラダ、ごはん、漬物、味噌汁がつく。なかなかのボリューム。トンテキはしっかりした大きさで食べ応えがある。アジフライも肉厚。正にガッツリ系定食。訪問した当時、客入りは５割程度で、客層はガテン系の方々オンリー。う〜ん、納得。味は普通かな。しかし、コスパはいい。また、寄らせていただきたい。
