究極の醤油ラーメン、それが「肉そば」
丸源名物の「肉そば」は、やわらかな豚肉をスープで炊き込むことで、 その旨みを余すことなくスープに移した絶品しょうゆスープのラーメンです。 口の中に入れるとほんのり甘さが広がり、それでいてすっきりとした濃厚な風味、 丸源の本気をぜひお召し上がりください。 |
周りの子育て家族が良く行くという丸源ラーメン、自分は一度も行ったことなかったんですよね～良く店舗はみましたが隣の違う店に入ったり、スルーさしたり。まあ初見のお店はなかなか入りにくいものなんですが、周りがよいよいとあまりにも言うから訪問することにしました。
店舗自体はオーソドックスな造りですね、家族使いも良さげですし、テーブル席が多いのも良いんでしょう。
さて注文したのは丸源ラーメンイチオシの肉そば、醤油ベースの甘めのそばに中細ストレート麺という組み合わせ、薄目の肉が数枚トッピングされています。甘めのタレは子供喜びますね。また柚子オロシと混ぜるとアッサリした感じにもなります。辛子味噌を入れると少し大人向きかな。ポイントついたんで少し通ってみます。
