女性に人気のヘルシービュッフェランチ！
JR草津駅前にある叶 匠寿庵さんでランチを。
1階は和菓子などの販売、2階がカフェスペースになっています。
ランチは「メイン料理、ビュッフェ」がセットになった
セットランチ（税込1620円）のみ。
この日のメイン料理は以下4品から1品選択出来ました。
①近江野菜のせいろ蒸し
②旬野菜と魚の唐揚げ
③豆腐ハンバーグ
④ベジ鍋
豆腐ハンバーグにしました。
ソースは「きのこ和風あんかけ」「デミグラスソース」の2種類から１つ選びます。
➡️きのこ和風あんかけを選択。
豆腐は、鶏肉と豆腐で作られててフワフワです。
すごく柔らかくてヘルシー、味わいも良好でした。
年始でしたので、ご飯は赤飯、お椀は白味噌仕立てでした☆
ビュッフェも、黒豆、れんこん煮など正月仕様のラインナップ。
味付けがどれも優しくて、健康的な内容でした。
女性に人気のヘルシービュッフェランチ。
内容が流動的に変化しそうですので、飽きずに訪問出来そうですね。
駅前なので、立地条件も申し分ありません。
