貴重な天然氷を使ったかき氷があります。
『叶匠壽庵草津店』
１階が和菓子売場、2階がカフェ
2階にはテラス席があり、
かき氷にちょうどいい気温のテラス席へ。
かき氷は2種類、みぞれ小豆と抹茶小豆
抹茶小豆にしました。
■氷室守 抹茶小豆
氷の削りはシャリシャリ
溶けにくいけれど口に含むとすぅーと溶ける。
天然氷だと書いてあるせいか
透明感のある味に感じる。
抹茶シロップはあっさり、小豆はしっかり味
抹茶でさっぱり、小豆でズシン
別添えの練乳でコク甘を楽しめる。
木のスプーンを使い
温かいほうじ茶を出してくれるあたり
こだわりを感じるお店。
気温30℃くらいならテラス席が気持ち良かったです。
