これもまた2016年の訪問記録 此方は滋賀県内に複数の店舗を構えるお店で、東京にも出店してたんだっけ？東京は今どうなってるか知らんけど 彦根の本店？はつけ麺オシでオープンしたと思うけれど、その後方向転換して支店は鶏系がメイン？そんな支店の一つ草津店への初訪問

彦根オープン時には鳥居式だったっけか話題になった此方 その後数年で県内に複数店舗構える人気店に 某ラーメンダービーでの疑惑とか色々話題に欠かない店でもある とりあえず色眼鏡無しで実食を 数あるメニューからあえての「エソラ」なるものを注文
なるほどうたい文句にあるように女子に人気であろうあっさり塩 あっさりながら油の使い方で物足りなさはない仕上がり 思ってたよりは良かったけど、じゃあまた食べるかと問われればムムム～
