ランチに伺ったのは草津市追分南にあるTHE BURGさん。
集合テナントの1階にあるハンバーグ屋さんです。
駐車場が場内にありますので車で伺うのが便利だと思う。
店内に入るとハンバーグ特有の匂いが充満しています。
ボックス席、テーブル席、カップル席、座敷など多彩。
テーブル席に案内され早速メニューを拝見。
プレーンと煮込みハンバーグで悩んだ結果、チーズデミグラス煮込みハンバーグランチ¥1,298をオーダー。
15分ほどで提供されたハンバーグは石焼鍋に入れられておりグツグツとシズル感がすごい。
ランチセットはきんぴらの小鉢と漬物、小さなサラダ、おかわり無料のご飯と味噌汁のセットである。
写真の通り小鉢やサラダ、漬物など少し雑な盛り付けが気になる。
ハンバーグにはチーズが乗っている。
ハンバーグは煮込みならではか、すごく柔らかく食感があまりない。
デミソースの深みはなく、どこかで食べた感のあるソース。
他に気になったのはクレンリネス。
床の汚れやトイレなど、もう少し手入れが必要と感じた。
