時々草津に仕事で来るのですが、商業施設が出来ていたので中を見て回っていました。
ランチ時で、色々なお店があり、どこに入ろうかと悩みましたが、こちらのお店に入ってみることにしました。
お茶を入れる時、蛇口から出るお湯の勢いがかなり強く、跳ねてくる時があるので注意が必要です。
・あおさ汁
あおさの香りもよく、ほどよい味付けです。
・いわし
ほどよく脂がのっていて美味しかったです。
・炙りサーモン
炙りたてではなく、少し冷めていましたが脂ののりがよかったです。
・光3貫（シメサバ、シメイワシ、シメこはだ）
こはだが一番好みでした。
・カニサラダ
野菜のシャキシャキ感がありました。
これらのほかにも色々と食べましたが、総合的に寿司のレベルはそこそこ高いです。
あんまり期待していなかったのですが予想していたよりはいいネタで、シャリのお酢加減もほどよく、個人的には好みの範囲内でした。
近所にいてお寿司が食べたくなったら選択肢としてはありだと思います。
また機会があれば来てみようと思います。
