初訪
やっとの思いで着いた滋賀県。遠かったなぁ…
ホテルにもチェックイン出来て、さあ1人飯を食べに行こうかと☆
食べログで検索しますが、そこまで良さげな店が見つからず、その中でも見つけた近くの店２軒に行きますが、一軒は定休日、もう一軒は臨時休業… ついてないないなぁ…
仕方ないですが、折角なので好みの牛タンを食べたいなと訪れたのが此方のお店。
食べログではどんかお店か分かりませんでしたが、来てみるとショッピングモール内の一角に独立で建っているお店です。
どうしようか迷いましたが、ここまで来てしまったロスタイムもあるし、ここで食べれないと他の良い選択肢もなかろうと暫し考えましたがそのまま入店。
ファミレス的といえばそうですが、実際のメニューは悪くなさそうです。この時期もあるでしょうが、他のお客様は先客1組とテイクアウト客2組でした。
【牛たん焼き定食3枚6切とろろ付 ¥2050+T】
提供された膳を見て、少しテンションは上がりました。そこそこ厚めの牛タンです。食べ応えはありそう。
実際食してみると、この３枚がそれぞれ部位が少し違うからか、柔らかさや食感が違います。火入れ加減も少し変えているのかな？歯ごたえしっかりのものと、柔らかめで歯切れが良いものと、差がありました。
味付け自体は塩胡椒で淡めの味付け。肉の旨味を愉しめる良さを感じました。
牛テールスープもなかなか美味しいです。
またサラダ様の漬物と青唐辛子の味噌漬け、これがピリ辛で美味しいですね。調べたらこの辺りでは青唐辛子の味噌漬けは有名？のようですね。お土産でも他でも見かけました。
そして、ご飯は京都の老舗米店の八代目儀兵衞監修との謳い文句でしたが、たしかに粒感しっかりしていて、好みのやや硬め炊き上げで美味しいご飯。自分的にどストライクなご飯でした。
つけ添えらたとろろも味付けが良く、白ご飯としてもとろろご飯としても満足のご飯でしたね。
ショッピングモールの一角ということで、そこまで雰囲気も良い訳ではないですし、正直過度な期待はしていなかったのですが、十分に満足のいく食事になりました☆
もう少し評点高くで良いですが、チェーン店評価もあるのですかね。
お酒が愉しめなかった分は帰りにスーパーで地元色のある目ぼしい酒とつまみを買って、ホテルで一杯呑って運転疲れの身体と心を癒しました(^^;;
