JR南草津駅前に新しく出来たTHE THREE
草津駅前にある人気店「ナデシコ」の同系列店みたいです。
店内はオープンキッチンスタイルでバルみたい。

厨房には大きな焼釜があって、
そこでお肉やピザなどが注文後にじっくり焼かれています。
ロティサリーチキンは柔らかくて美味しかった。
ハムとサラミの盛り合わせも、ボリュームしっかり。
ボロネーゼは焼きチーズが乗ってます。
ソースの風味がやや弱めに感じました。
南草津駅前は、全国チェーン居酒屋が多いので、
地域密着型の洋風ダイニングの誕生は貴重。
さくっと1人飲みから、グループ飲みまで広くニーズに対応していて使い勝手も良し。
